I am a lifetime resident of Cicero, New York. My family goes back three generations in the Town of Cicero, where my great-grandparents settled and my grandfather established a family farm. I am very proud of this heritage. The photo below is of my uncle, mother and grandmother, taken by my grandfather on return from WWII in 1945.
After graduating from Cicero-North Syracuse High School, I attended/graduated from Onondaga Community College, Le Moyne College and Syracuse University College of Law, where I received a Juris Doctor degree. While attending high school and college I worked during the summers on the maintenance and grounds crew at a local golf course.
Upon graduating from the College of Law I served as a Second Assistant County Attorney and was employed by a private law firm before establishing my own law practice in Cicero. The focus of that practice was in helping families in the Central New York area. Concurrently, I was active in local Cicero politics, serving eight years as a Town Councilor, two years as Town Supervisor and one year as a County Legislature member.
My current position is Principal Court Attorney at Onondaga County Family Court for Judge Michael Hanuszczak. I accepted this position because this opens the door for me to be more active for family issues throughout the county, building on my experience focus on family and marital issues in my prior law practice.
On my personal life, I am happily married to Amy, live in Bridgeport, and we have three children who fill our daily lives with challenges, laughter and experiences. My family comes first in my life and they have always been supportive of me. On weekends you will likely find us at baseball/basketball games depending on the season, school events or other activities within our family.
